Zwack Unicum
Company Zwack Unicum Rt. was founded in 1840. For 200 years Zwack has been successfully producing world-famous liqueur "Unicum"™.
During 45 years the enterprise had been a state property, nowadays it is again a family enterprise. The main stock of shares belonges to consortium, that represents interests of family Zwack .
Today it is a successful concern with 500 employees; equipped with 3 machines; sales volume amounts to more than 20 mil. forints per year.
Thanks to its original taste Bitter-liqueur "Zwack Unicum" became popular not only among Hungarians, but also across the world as a perfect aperitif, liqueur digestive, indispensable component of cocktail recipes and as a traditional addition to tea and coffee.
